Stephanie Hale

Born and raised in Friendly Feilding, Stephanie fully appreciates what our great town and district has to offer and she and her family love working in our tight knit community.
 
Having purchased property and land with her husband Cody (and managing the renovations that go with it) she is well placed to support you as both a buyer or seller of property. Raising a young family herself, Stephanie understands the challenges of navigating the real estate market while also prioritising your family’s requirements. She will be there every step of the way to make sure the process of buying or selling is simple and stress-free.
 
Throughout Stephanie’s career, she has helped hundreds of clients on their property journey, and now has great experience in the industry across both sales and administration roles. Her extensive knowledge of real estate processes and procedures, coupled with her in-depth understanding of KiwiSaver, allows Stephanie to seamlessly help first home buyers take their first step onto the property ladder - or assist those looking to move up a rung or two.
 
Outside of real estate Stephanie has always had an eye for design which is very handy when it comes to presenting your home to the market. This, combined with her modern approach to real estate, enables her to provide a standard of service that few can match.


Cody Hale

Having spent the better part of 10 years building and being heavily involved in the world of construction, working across the ditch and also here in New Zealand, Cody has a detailed appreciation for real estate and its origins.
 
Being a surfer and an avid outdoorsman with a great sense of humour, Cody is very much a people person. With a professional work ethic that is targeted at reaching the best outcome for his clients, he is known for going the extra mile to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
 
Passionate about our local community, Team Hale are major sponsors of many local schools and sports clubs. As a proud parent of a young family, Cody understands the importance of finding a place that truly feels like “home” meaning he is committed to helping other families find their perfect home.

Behind the scenes, Claire supports Stephanie and Cody’s business as an amazing PA. Joining Team Hale in 2023 with a bubbly personality, she shares a passion for property and helping clients strive for the best result.

Outside of real estate Claire and her husband spend a lot of time outdoors and have a strong loyalty to the local motorcross community where they devote a lot of time to support not their own sons, but riders of all ages.
